Engineer Mian Peer Muhammad

Engineer Mian Peer Muhammad is a seasoned technical educationist and respected community leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.). He retired as the Principal of Mono Technical College, Umerkot, after a distinguished career marked by dedication to empowering youth through vocational and technical education. Throughout his professional life, he remained committed to improving access to skill-based learning in underserved and rural areas, recognizing the role of education in driving long-term development.

In addition to his academic leadership, he is the founding member of the Youth Welfare Organisation and has served on the boards of various influential local institutions, including the Old Boys Association (OBA) and other community forums active in the Umerkot region. His extensive experience in both education and community mobilization makes him a vital resource in the development sector. As a Member of AWARE’s Board of Directors, Engineer Mian Peer Muhammad brings valuable expertise in planning and advising on technical and infrastructure-related initiatives. His voluntary support and professional guidance play a key role in ensuring the quality and feasibility of AWARE’s projects. He is widely respected for his humility, grassroots connection, and lifelong commitment to uplifting marginalized communities through practical education and social action.
